Trenton, NJ – Wes Mantor, father of six-year-old Maggie, finds that by the end of each long week, he just can’t find the energy to make the lunch his daughter takes with her to elementary school nutritious. “It starts off fine,” Wes said. “Monday, Tuesday, I’m putting carrots and sliced apples and whatnot” in the girl’s lunch box. But as the week goes on, supplies begin to run low, along Wes’s energy. “By Friday,” said Wes, “it’s all gone to hell. It’s like, some chips and a cookie or something.”
